These terms apply to visitors of desktop-covehub.click and to clients who engage CoveHub Sales Process Advisory Pty Ltd for advisory work.

By using this website or confirming an engagement in writing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not commence advisory work with us.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagement steps are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and timing in writing (email is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Website copy, visual design, and CoveHub templates remain the property of CoveHub Sales Process Advisory Pty Ltd. Materials produced specifically for a client under a paid engagement may be used by that client in their business. Redistribution of CoveHub templates as a commercial product is not permitted.
Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate information about their opportunities and remain responsible for decisions made with staff, customers, and regulators. Advisory recommendations do not replace legal, accounting, or licensed professional advice in those fields.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, CoveHub’s liability for advisory engagements is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect losses arising from business decisions made after consulting with us.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site content current. Rates and availability may change; the scoping call and written quote control the commercial terms of any engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or advisory engagements, subject to non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
