When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, consultation preference, and the contents of your message. During engagements we may receive business contact details and anonymised opportunity notes you choose to share.
Purpose of use
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare scoping calls, deliver advisory work, issue invoices, and improve how we describe our consultations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Engagement records, including invoices and agreed scope documents, are retained for seven years to meet Australian business record expectations, then securely deleted or archived offline.
Your rights
