Engagement path

From first briefing to a stage map your team can keep

This page shows how a typical CoveHub consultation moves, whether you choose the flagship diagnostic or a narrower coaching package.

  1. Scoping conversation

We learn how inquiries arrive, who writes proposals, and which recent opportunities stalled. You leave with a clear recommendation on which consultation fits.

  2. Opportunity review

You share anonymised quotes and notes from eight to twelve recent opportunities. We look for missing stage exits, vague next asks, and weak handoffs.

  3. Stage map workshop

Together we draw the inquiry-to-close path with entry and exit criteria that match how your service is actually delivered.

  4. Guides and coaching

Discovery prompts, proposal outlines, and follow-up language arrive in plain documents. Coaching sessions use live opportunities from your diary.

  5. Handoff into delivery

We close with a one-page handoff note so the person delivering the work inherits the promises made during sales.

What you prepare

Bring recent inquiry notes, proposal templates, and an honest list of opportunities that went quiet. No specialised software is required. If you keep records in a shared folder or a simple spreadsheet, that is enough.

Where we meet

Most sessions run by video across Australia. Clients near our Cunnamulla office, or elsewhere in Queensland, may request on-site working days by arrangement.
